Calle Parras 10 is Anne’s beautiful two-bedroom apartment, in the Historic City centre of Malaga. It’s ideal if you want to spend a few days exploring the city, or are en route to or from Casa Ana.

 
 

Why Malaga?

In recent years Malaga has been transformed, from a scruffy gateway to the Costa del Sol to a vibrant, chic city, its elegant streets teeming with great restaurants, tapas bars, museums and beaches, crowned by the Alcazaba Moorish fortress high on the hill with fantastic views of the Mediterranean.

About the Malaga apartment

Located in the famous Centro Historico, Calle Parras 10 is a lovely, light-filled apartment, with open-plan living area (sitting, dining and kitchen), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. At 75 sq m it’s spacious, comfortable and elegant, located in a new building, complete with patio, little fountain and elevator.

Interior designer Paco Ortiz completed the apartment in 2019. You walk into a spacious sitting-room area with sofa, chairs, TV, book shelves and light pouring in from two French windows, giving onto balconies overlooking the street. From there you can see across Malaga to the mountains beyond.

It has a modern, clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (160cm wide double and two singles in the second bedroom), and a roomy shower. Access to the apartment is easy, via the elevator on the ground floor.

The neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the famous Centro Historico, but in a quiet, residential street.  It’s only a 5–10 minute walk to everything the old city has to offer, including the Picasso Museum, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Cathedral, the famous Bar Pimpi, the fabulous covered market, the Thyssen Museum and of course, many great bars, restaurants and shops. Plus it takes under 30 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and the lively promenade beside the port.

Getting around

Much of the historic centre of Malaga has been pedestrianised, so we recommend you walk to savour the city with its stunning architecture and lively street life. That said, taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The train station for the airport is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the apartment. If you are coming by car we can help you arrange parking, either in the building where the apartment is located, or in a nearby public parking garage.

Booking conditions
We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.

And if you are going to or coming from Casa Ana directly, there’s a 10% discount at Calle Parras for stays of 3 - 6 nights.

Bookings

  • Minimum number of nights: 2

  • Check-in from 3.00pm

  • Check-out by 11.00am

Payment schedule

  • Payment for the apartment is to be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations
If you cancel…
Fourteen days or more before the start of your stay: 100% refund, LESS an administrative charge of €30.

Between 8 and 13 days before the start of your stay: 50% refund, LESS an administrative charge of €30.

If you cancel 7 days or less before the start of your stay: no refund.

Covid-19: if you have to cancel your visit because of government travel restrictions, you will not be charged as long as you cancel at least three days before your arrival date.
