Somatic education: Casa Ana is one of the very few places in Europe offering residential somatic education workshops which teach the Feldenkrais method and CFR. These are cutting edge methods designed to help people recover from injuries, improve their posture, movement ability and co-ordination and live their daily lives with more ease, strength, comfort and pleasure. Work with individuals is offered as well as group workshops.

Creative writing: Casa Ana is located in the tiny village of Ferreirola, surely one of the most peaceful corners of Spain. With no through road, no cars, no restaurants and no bars but mountain scenery to die for, the house provides a perfect setting for creative writing and other art forms — a feast for the imagination in a timeless and stress-free environment. If you are looking for a venue to run your own courses or holidays, then Casa Ana with its spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people and high quality facilities is an ideal location. You can reach it from Granada in 90 minutes or Malaga in 2.5 hours and the roads are good.
