A week-long course practising the craft of writing. Tutor Mary-Jane Holmes will cover elements including the creation of story, plot, dialogue, characterisation and more, in the inspiring and tranquil surroundings of Casa Ana. Perfect if you have always wanted to start writing or if you want to expand your knowledge of craft and technique.

Spend a week or two focusing exclusively on your writing in the company of other writers and in inspiring surroundings. Ideal if you want to start a new project, work on a novel or poetry or a short story, or edit your works in progress. Mary-Jane Holmes and guest mentors are resident on these retreats, offering optional individual sessions and group readings.
